Luuppi ry is the student organization for mathematics, statistical data analysis, and computer science students at the University of Tampere. Since 1969, Luuppi has been actively advocating for its members' interests and organizing leisure activities. It boasts the largest membership among student organizations at the University of Tampere!

New students and tutors, welcome to the pre-orientation event on the Hervanta campus lawn. The purpose of the event is to get to know your fellow students and tutors in a relaxed atmosphere. Get Together Night part 1
Welcome to Luuppi's traditional Get Together Night at Old Mates! The idea of this get together is to hang out in a chill environment where new students and tutors can get to know each other. Be brave and come to get to know your fellow Luuppians! The event is intended for new students and tutors! Park hangout
This event is for freshmen. Freshmen can get lärpäkepoints from the event!! Welcome to the park hangout! Legendary Sorsapuisto awaits, along with your tutors who will lead some fun activities for you. There will be some lighthearted competitions and games. After the organized activities you will be free to hang out. Bring a picnic blanket and maybe some playing cards. If the weather is terrible, we will move to Pii-klubi. After the park hangout we will be selling The Ekat bileet tickets. You can only buy the tickets after the activities are done so please listen carefully to the instructions given by your tutors and tutor organizers. LuuppiKyykkä 2026 preview and info7 min read
LuuppiKyykkä is approaching fast and it will be played on 27.2. at the Polymeerihallit courts starting at 17:00! Once again, we'll find out who among Luuppi's members are the toughest kyykkä players. Winners will of course receive fame and glory, but also some nice PRIZES. At the end of the day, everyone gets to warm up in the sauna.
