New date, better vibes At Luuppi's fuksikyykkä you can expect great sport and competition spirit, flying wooden equipment and crazy competition! Come to either compete or cheer for your fuksimates! There is space for 16 four-player teams. You can form the teams from your friends or groupmates, or ask for people from the fuksi telegram channel or find people from events! The winning team will get great rewards, one being getting a free ticket to World Championships of Academic kyykkä 2027! Even if you are not interested in the tournament itself, you can still come to just hang around and enjoy the atmosphere, and cheer for your favorite teams! After the tournament we will have a sauna event in Pii-klubi where we will reward the winners and party! Remember to dress according to the weather! And remember hydration! After the kyykkä tournament for freshmen we'll gather at Pii-Klubi to enjoy the relaxing heat of the sauna and enjoy the evening, as well as announce and reward the winners of the tournament. The doors open at 6pm. Mahti’s futsal league is getting underway soon. Teams formed by student subject associations will play a single round-robin series during the autumn semester. Following the regular season, upper and lower playoff divisions will be played in the spring semester. All matches take place in the Atalpa sports hall. Games are played 5v5, consisting of two 20-minute halves. Since there will be a large number of matches, the team requires a minimum of 15 motivated participants to avoid awkward losses by default. The registration is intended for new players who have not been part of the team previously. Have the Programming 1 assignments started staring back at you? 💀 No worries, the Study Group is making a comeback! 💻 The Study Group is open to everyone and all kinds of studying, but the main focus is on working together on the Programming 1 project and assignments. If your project isn't moving forward, you're stuck on an assignment, or you could just use some tips and help with coding, come join us. Luuppi's and TiTe's Study Group Coordinators will also be there to help! The idea is simply to get together, study, solve problems, and most importantly, help each other out. Even if you've already got Programming 1 under control or aren't taking the course at all, you're still more than welcome to join. You can work on math, other courses, or any of your own study tasks.
