Luuppi's biggest and most anticipated event of the year is coming again: the Christmas Party will be celebrated as usual at Nokian Kerhola on Saturday 29th of November! Note, that some program of event will be organised in Finnish. Enrollment for the event begins on the 30th of October at 12 PM . The ticket sale ends on 12th of October. The ticket costs 37€ and includes bus transportation from the center of Tampere to the event venue and back, food and drink, an overall badge and an afterparty access with a performer (cloackroom fee must be paid separately). The next days Sillis tickets are sold separately. If you weren't successful at buying a ticket from the sale, you can still join the https://forms.gle/qE75Qytw64A5MMqK8 so you can get yours when someone can't attend the event. There will be a traditional Finnish Christmas food menu. After the event, we will move to the afterparty near the center of Tampere. The program includes, among other things, some Christmas atmosphere, awards from Luuppi members, and some playful competition. The first bus will depart on the day of the event at 16:20 and return to Tampere at approximately 21:45. The dress code for the event is a dark suit with academic decoratios. However, this is not a strict requirement for participation, so you should not stress too much about the dress code. Additional information about transportation, schedule, registration, and the next day's sillis party will be published closer to the event. Additional information, such as transportation and schedule, will be provided to participants in an information letter after registration has ended. The event will follow Luuppi's Equality and Safer Space principles, which can be found here in Finnish. Feeling down after the Christmas party is over? Don’t worry—there’s still more celebration to come - selcome to the "sillis" (herring breakfast) on Novemer 30th at Pii-Klubi! Registration opens at the same time as Christmas Party's on October 30th at 12:00. The Christmas party and sillis go hand-in-hand, and of course, you have to attend both as sillis is famously the grand finale. The dress code is nice and relaxed: it’s encouraged (and even expected!) to wear your overalls. A brief overview Dildobingo at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The deadline for the best boat competition is 8:00 p.m. Kahoot at 8:00 PM Treasure hunts are possible throughout the event Lounge Ball pit Relaxation corner Board games Food and drinks Main stage for activities Good music only Info Sauna The sauna opens about half an hour after the start of the event and closes half an hour before the end of the event Men's, women's and mixed shifts vary throughout the day There is no swimsuit requirement in the sauna Movie corner The movie corner is located to Luuppi's office space and is meant to be used to watch movies. Movies will be shown throughout the day according to the schedule announced at the event. There will be nostalgia, Christmas vibes, classics and everything between and outside of that. Nutrition Coffee, tea and non-alcoholic drinks will be available throughout the day. Each participant will be given a three-drink ticket, which can be used to redeem a special drinks. Both savory and sweet snacks will be provided, as well as a self serve bread grill station. Fruit and vegetables will also be available to refresh you after a hard night. You must be an active student to access SportUni's facilities. Participation also requires that you have paid the sports fee. Alternatively, you can also pay a one-off fee at Atalpa.
