Pii-Klubi
Note: The sitsis will be organized in Finnish. If you don’t speak Finnish, you are warmly welcome to attend but bring a friend to translate for you and ask for them to sit near you in seating requests. International fuksis will have their own fuksi sitsit later in the autumn.
Sitsit are just around the corner! But what even are sitsit?!
Sitsit are an academic table party where people eat, drink and sing drinking songs together. Traditionally, every sitsit has its own theme, and this year’s fuksi sitsit theme is GLITTER! ✨ Glitter is also the dress-up theme, so glittery outfits are highly encouraged! Your outfit does not have to literally include glitter – anything sparkly, bling-bling, etc. works perfectly. Dressing according to the theme is not mandatory, though. The most important thing is to have fun! There will also be a costume contest during the sitsit for anyone who wants to participate.
In addition to the theme, sitsit have their own set of rules, which the toasts – the song leaders and masters of ceremonies – will explain at the beginning of the event. Being late is punishable, so please arrive on time or let us know in advance if you have a good reason for being late!
Why are there two parts?
The fuksi sitsit are organised in two parts so that as many people as possible get the chance to attend. The two events are identical, and you can choose which one you would like to participate in. Both sitsit have room for 90 participants.
Registration
The ticket costs €13. The price includes 3 drinks, 2 shots, a main course, dessert, and an overall patch. Registration opens on Monday 24 August at 12:00 and takes place in person at Luuppi’s Hervanta office (Festia A108A). Registration will be open from 12:00 to 16:00.
You can only buy one ticket for yourself, but it is possible to buy a ticket on behalf of someone else. If you are queuing for a ticket for yourself and another person, you may only buy one ticket at a time. After buying the first ticket, you can return to the back of the queue to wait for the next one.
If you already know that you will not be able to queue yourself, we recommend asking your tutor or someone else in your fuksi group to queue on your behalf.
If there are any tickets left after the ticket sale, information about the remaining tickets will be posted in the Luupin fuksit 2026 Telegram group.
The event will follow Luuppi's Equal Opportunities Policy and Safe Space Policy, which can be found here. In the event of a disturbance, please contact the main event organiser or the Luuppi Equality Officer.
