Kintulammi rental cabin, Kintulammi hiking and nature reserve
The event is alcohol-free.
Luuppi's traditional forest trip is coming again!
This spring, we are heading to the Kintulammi hiking and nature reserve, specifically to the Kintulammi rental cabin.
Facilities: The cabin features rustic furniture, a baking oven, and an open fireplace. There is electric heating in addition to the fireplaces. The kitchen is equipped with a wood stove, an induction stove, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, as well as pots and pans. There is miscellaneous cutlery, plates, and glasses for 12 people. A root cellar is located in the yard.
Accommodation: The main building sleeps 10 people in bunk beds equipped with mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Please bring your own bed linen, or a sleeping bag and a pillowcase. A separate small room has a convertible sofa bed for two.
Departure is from the Hervanta campus parking lot on Friday, April 17th, at around 12:00 PM, and we will return on Saturday, April 18th, at around 12:00 PM. Please arrive on time.
After arriving, we will take a walk in the beautiful nature of Kintulammi. We will spend the evening in the sauna, playing board games, or just relaxing and hanging out. Luuppi will sponsor some sausages.
Every participant is responsible for their own meals, so please bring your own food. Please keep in mind that the main purpose of this trip is not to drink alcohol, but you are welcome to bring an optional sauna beer.
What to bring?

NOTE: Drivers can enroll in a seperate web event called "Forest trip for drivers"
If we get enough volunteer drivers, the event can accommodate the organizer plus 7 participants and 3 drivers (assuming no one wants to share the double bed).
As a driver, you commit to driving participants from the Hervanta campus parking lot to the Kintulammi hiking area and back. You will receive a mileage allowance of 0.20 €/km, and the event is completely free for you. The goal is to fit one driver and 3 passengers in each car. If you want to drive but your car only fits the driver and 2 passengers, please contact the event organizer.
The event follows Luuppi’s equality plan and safer space principles, which can be found here.
