Board meeting

The new Luuppi board wishes you a happy new year! The next board meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th January at 5 PM, at Pii-Klubi (Yliopistonkatu 58B).

Please arrive on time and check in with the meeting secretary first to ensure a smooth meeting. Please also bring your student card, so that we can more easily and quickly record those present in the minutes.

Officers and division members for the year 2025 will be chosen in this meeting. If you haven't submitted an application for the division, you can still apply at the meeting. Prepare to introduce yourself shortly in this case.

Please note that the meeting will be held mostly in Finnish, so if you want to participate, please contact the chairperson through email or Telegram so we can prepare for English-speaking participants as well.
