Tampere outdoor swimming pool/Pii-Klubi
It's the start of the academic year and Triathlon time again! Whether you're a freshman or a senior gymnast, now is the time to dig your bike out of storage and your swimsuits and sneakers out of the closet and start the year with a bettango! This year is going to be yours, and what better way to start it than with a triathlon!
This year, let's do a half sprint! The legs are a 300m swim, 12km bike ride and 3km run. We'll swim at the Tampere Earth Swimming Pool, which is also the starting point for the bike leg. We cycle to the outskirts of North Hervanta, before heading to the University's Päätalo. From the front of the Päätalo, we will run around the Kalevankangas cemetery, returning to the finish in front of the Päätalo.
