After catching our breath post-Vappu, it’s time to put the overalls back on and head to Turku!

The Academic Aura River Boat Degree (AATU) is an annual national student event held in May. It gathers students from all corners of Finland to celebrate the end of the academic year and enjoy refreshments in the historical, springtime scenery of the Aura River. The goal of this "degree" is to tour the riverboat restaurants along the river in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy the company of friends, meet new people, and collect stamps on your degree map along the way.

At the afterparty closing the night, those who successfully complete their degree will be rewarded with the world's only river-worthy overall patch, based on their performance level. This year, our afterparty venue is Marilyn + Vegas!

Practical info:

In addition to the pub crawl and afterparty tickets, the price includes round-trip bus transportation.

Schedule:

• Departure: 10:00 AM from Tampere-talo to Turku
• Distribution of degree maps at 12:00 AM, event starts at 02:00 PM

• Return: 01:00 AM (or perhaps even 02:00 AM) from Turku back to Tampere
