Statutory General Meeting of Luuppi

Luuppi ry's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 12, at 5:30 PM in room TB104 on the Hervanta campus. The meeting will approve Luuppi ry's budget and action plan for 2026 and elect the board and auditors for 2026. In addition, the association's annual and lifetime membership fees for 2026 will be decided.

If you plan to attend the meeting, you can make the arrangements much easier by registering for the event. Be prepared to prove your identity and membership at the meeting, e.g., with your student card.

Full members and honorary members of Luuppi ry have the right to attend, speak, and vote at the meeting. Voting at the meeting will take place via an electronic voting system. Voting therefore requires a phone or computer and access to your email. The board will be elected in the following order:
1. chair
2. treasurer
3. vice-chair
4. secretary
5. other board members.

In each election, those eligible to vote may vote for as many candidates as there are positions to be filled. The winners of the election are selected in order of the number of votes received (the first-past-the-post voting system).

The board application process is currently underway, and instructions for applying can be found here. It is also possible to nominate yourself at the meeting. The candidates' election panel will be held on Monday, November 3, at 5 PM, in room Tietotalo TB109, and it will also be streamed.

The official agenda for the meeting, board applications, board proposals for documents, and other possible meeting documents can be found here in Finnish. Board applications will be updated in the folder regularly as they arrive. Board proposals will be published in the folder during week 45, and this will be announced separately. It is possible to comment on the proposals in public workshops, the times and locations of which can be found in Luuppi's event calendar, and at an evening school held on Monday, November 10, at 5 PM in the Hervanta campus room Tietotalo TB109.
