The event is alcohol-free.
It's time to prepare the documents that will guide Luuppi's activities for 2026! The topic of the first workshop is the budget. The topics of the other workshops will be specified later.
All Luuppi members are welcome to attend the workshops, where you will have a concrete opportunity to influence what kind of activities Luuppi will carry out next year and how they will be financed. You can make your voice heard by participating in the workshops or by commenting on the draft versions of the documents via the links below. Unfortunately the documents are in Finnish, though it should be possible to translate them to English quite easily.
1. The ongoing activities plan describes the established events, operating methods, and objectives of Luuppi.
2. The project-based action plan describes larger projects to be implemented during the year that are not part of Luuppi's annual activities.
3. The budget is a description of Luuppi's estimated income and expenditure for the year. The budget provides a framework for where Luuppi raises money and how it is used.
During October and November, at least four workshops are planned, during which the documents are to be finalized as a proposal by the board. The board's proposal will be presented to the members at a public evening meeting on Monday, November 10, after which it is intended to be approved at the association's statutory meeting on Wednesday, November 12.
The event will comply with Luuppi's equality plan and safer space principles, which can be found here in Finnish.
