Winter Swimming Sauna

Is ice swimming genuinely healthy, or is it just collective self-deception? And what about the sauna – a warm sanctuary or a sweaty battle for space and seating? Relaxing? Maybe for a moment. Does it work? Seriously!

Bring a towel, swimwear, and perhaps some flip-flops. Drinks are allowed, but moderation is advised – remember, someone might have to carry you home. You’re also welcome to bring your own sausages, though there’s an electric grill available at Kaupinoja.

The first 24 to register get in for free. For the rest, a modest 5€ ticket price applies. Feel free to invite your friends as well! If you want to bring them along for the 5€ price, purchase multiple tickets for the event. Student card is required.
