DESCRIPTION:The meeting will unfortunately be held only in Finnish. Luuppi
  ry's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday\, November 12\, at 
 5:30 PM in room TB104 on the Hervanta campus. The meeting will approve Luu
 ppi ry's budget and action plan for 2026 and elect the board and auditors 
 for 2026. In addition\, the association's annual and lifetime membership f
 ees for 2026 will be decided. If you plan to attend the meeting\, you can 
 make the arrangements much easier by registering for the event. Be prepare
 d to prove your identity and membership at the meeting\, e.g.\, with your 
 student card. Full members and honorary members of Luuppi ry have the righ
 t to attend\, speak\, and vote at the meeting. Voting at the meeting will 
 take place via an electronic voting system. Voting therefore requires a ph
 one or computer and access to your email. The board will be elected in the
  following order:\n1. chair\n2. treasurer\n3. vice-chair\n4. secretary\n5.
  other board members. In each election\, those eligible to vote may vote f
 or as many candidates as there are positions to be filled. The winners of 
 the election are selected in order of the number of votes received (the fi
 rst-past-the-post voting system). The board application process is current
 ly underway\, and instructions for applying can be found  https://luuppi.f
 i/en/news/hallitushaku-2026 . It is also possible to nominate yourself at 
 the meeting. The candidates' election panel will be held on Monday\, Novem
 ber 3\, at 5 PM\, in room Tietotalo TB109\, and it will also be streamed.
