 na shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM Unisex shift with swimwear 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM 
 Women's shift 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM Men's shift 8:15 PM - 9:00 PM Unisex shift
  Please note that at the request of the members\, the first sauna shift is
  with swimwear on\, so that everyone can enjoy the sauna comfortably. Nudi
 ty is only allowed in the sauna and in the washing and changing areas. Bri
 ng your own drinks and towel. Do not bring glass bottles into the washing 
 areas. The event will follow Luuppi's Equality and Safer Space principles\
