 20:00-21:00 Unisex shift with swimwear 21:00-22:00 Women's shift 22:00-23:
 00 Men's shift 23:00-01:00 Unisex shift Nudity is only allowed in the saun
 a and in the washing and changing areas. Bring your own drinks and towel.
