DESCRIPTION:It's time to prepare the documents that will guide Luuppi's ac
 tivities for 2027! The topic of the first workshop is the  ongoing activit
 ies plan and the project-based action plan . The budget will be discussed 
 at the workshop on November 13th at 16.00. All  Luuppi members are welcome
  to attend the workshops\, where you will have a concrete opportunity to i
 nfluence what kind of activities Luuppi will carry out next year and how t
 hey will be financed. You can make your voice heard by participating in th
 e workshops or by commenting on the draft versions of the documents via th

 uppi's estimated income and expenditure for the year. The budget provides 
 a framework for where Luuppi raises money and how it is used. During Novem
 ber\, at least two workshops are planned\, during which the documents are 
 to be finalized as a proposal by the board. The board's proposal will be p
 resented to the members at a public evening meeting on before the associat
 ion's statutory meeting\, after which it is intended to be approved at the
  association's statutory meeting. The event will comply with Luuppi's equa
 lity plan and safer space principles\, which can be found  https://luuppi.
